As a Property Management Consultant, we look after the following

• To co-ordinate & collect work status reports for AMCs

• To communicate with customers and take care of their maintenance related complaints

• To adhere Mandate i.e. Dos  & Don’ts for general upkeep & aesthetics maintenance

• As well as any other   mutually agreed related work

• To communicate with the Client through Monthly Work report

• Once a month joint site visits & meeting with Principal Management.
